The Messenger Platform's customer chat plugin allows you to integrate your Messenger experience directly into your website. This allows your customers to interact with your business anytime with the same personalised, rich-media experience they get in Messenger.

Activate Chat plugin
To activate chat plugin please go to 'General' setting section from your Fishry Admin panel.
- From your Fishry admin, go to General.
- Click General.
- In the Facebook section, add 'Facebook Fanpage ID'.
- Enable Facebook Chat Plugin
- You must whitelist the domain of your store else the plugin will not work.
How to Whitelist the domain of your website
- Open your Facebook page.
- Click the Messenger Platform tab
- Scroll to Whitelisted Domains section
- Add both http:// and https:// with www to ensure it works for 100%.
How to find your Facebook's Page ID:
- Open your Facebook page.
- Click the About tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Page Info section.
- Next to Facebook Page ID, you can find your page ID.
