Connecting your computer to a network always carries a degree of risk.

Auto account suspension 

At Fishry we automatically suspend an account after multiple failed attempts. In such a case please check your email for further instructions.

We strongly recommend to change credentials for your account and to contact your store account owner.

Secure a compromised account

If you account has been compromised, then follow the steps below to protect your data:

1. Log in to the email account from your Fishry admin panel and change the password.
2. If you can't log in, and you are not the account owner please notify the relevant account owner to immediately suspend your account.
3. Only the Account owner can report an issue to Fishry security team for immediate help.
